Our flower gardens are bursting with color from July through September, offering a beautiful backdrop for your photo sessions.

Evening sessions are available daily from 6:30 PM until dusk, except Wednesdays.

Sunflowers bloom in August, though timing may vary based on weather.

Morning sessions are available by request.

📄 Waiver & Payment
All photographers must complete a Waiver of Liability form before their first session. This form will be sent electronically with your first invoice and covers the entire season.
💳 All sessions must be scheduled and paid in advance.

Photographer Guidelines
We’re so glad you found us! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before your visit:
1. Scheduling & Communication
Anne-Marie’s Flower Farm is a working farm, and we coordinate our activities around your scheduled session time to give you and your clients the best possible experience. Clear communication is essential.
We use the Square Appointments calendar to confirm and remind you of your scheduled session.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us before making changes with your clients to confirm availability.
We’re flexible and happy to accommodate changes whenever possible. For the fastest response, please call or text 260-693-7930 or email annemarie@annemariesflowerfarm.com.
2. Photographer Access & Shared Space
We limit access to no more than two photographers on the farm at any given time.
You’ll have access to both the UPick gardens and the sunflower field (in season).
If another photographer is wrapping up when you arrive, kindly wait in the parking area until your scheduled time.
3. Arrival Time & Location Scouting
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session.
If you’re visiting for the first time and would like to scout the best locations, we recommend coming during our public UPick hours:
Wednesday: 3 PM – 8 PM
Thursday – Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM

4. Client Supervision
You are responsible for your clients while they are on the property.
Please ask your clients to wait in the parking area until you arrive.
Before leaving, please ensure all clients have exited the farm and parking area.
5. Weather Policy
If the weather looks questionable, please contact us to confirm conditions at the farm before canceling your clients.
Sessions cancelled due to inclement weather at the farm are fully refundable.
